Have 3 pre set *** formations ready!

1. Attack Formation
   Chenko/Amane and 50 / 20 / 30
2. Defense Formation
   Howard or Gordon
   70 / 30 / 0
3. Defense Refill
   50 / 20 / 30
   Use about 1/3 of your rally size, no heroes

Strategy

Teleport to the Castle, typically this will be marked! Get close to your rally leaders, but not on the front row! That’s rally leaders only!

1. Activate your Pet buffs!
   Massive difference! Especially when everybody does it for the event!
   
2. Join the attack
   When the rally leaders start their rally, you join them with your attacking troops 1***.
   
3. Swap to defend
   After we take the building with our attack formation, we need to swap out our attacking troops for defensive troops.
   1. Send a garrision with your Defensive formation 2***. Write down the time it takes to march !!!
   2. Right before your reenforcements hit the Sanctuary ( like 5 seconds ), recall your garrisoned troops
   3. Your attacking troops leave, and get replaced for your defensive troops.
      
4. Keep reenforcing
   With your defensive troops in the building, we need to keep sending reenforcements, assuming we’re being contested.
   
   1. When The Building is Under attack, you can see the time it takes for the enemy rally to arrive. When that rally time is the same or 1 second shorter then your march time, that’s when you send your reenforcements 3***.
      
      That way when their rally does damage to your troops, you have reenforcements coming in to fill the gaps, so the building is 100% protected.
      
   2. When Under Heavy attack by more rally’s than you can keep track off:
      The strategy 🙂
      
      Double your march time, and then divide that by the number of rally slots you have available. The number you get, is the time you need to wait before sending reenforcements, so if you get a number of 12 seconds, you send reenforcements 3*** every 12 seconds.
      
      Example, Your march time is 30 seconds. You double that, 2×30=60 seconds. Let’s say you have 5 rally slots left, so 60/5=12 seconds. So every 12 seconds you reenforce.
5. Keep healing in small batches!
   Heal instantly in small numbers, depending on people with the autohelp, this number can range from 100-1500 troops per click!

Tips

1. READ THE ALLIANCE CHAT DURING BATTLE. Too many people who do not read the instructions, are not following the plans AND any plan can change during battle!
2. Teleport Position matters! Strongest players should be closest to the Sanctuary, if you are not a rally leader, take a position on the 2nd row, or 3rd row.
3. If the buildings defenses fail, recall the reenforcements which are on the way to the building. That way they live another round. Otherwise they will run into a full reenforced enemy building.

Castle Battle – Rally Leaders

Your formations should be the same as the joiners, but you should create an extra formation to lead the rallies. Use your best 3 heroes, and 50 / 20 / 30 and save it.

When we are trying to take a building which is extremely strong, sometimes we need to have multiple rallies and have them arrive at the target at the same time.

This requires coordination.

• Know the time from your castle to the building(s) and write them down, and share your time with the other rally leaders.
• Use the Battle Commander tool on your laptop, desktop or phone!
