Article 1 – Purpose

Article 2 – Goals
Prevent unnecessary conflict.
Support stable game play.
Attract Transfers
Article 3 – Violations
1st violation – Warning
2nd violation – temporary suspension
Major – possible full termination
Article 4 – Communication:
Each alliance shall designate at least one diplomate for conflict resolution. Violations must be reported privately to diplomats before escalation.
Article 5 – No Attacks:
No member may Attack, Raid, Scout or Provoke another member.
Article 6 – Respect Territory:
Alliance borders and tiles shall be respected.
Article 7 – Charter Members Memorialized:
BIG, VIP, NXS, SB9, TTO, FSH, FRA, CAM, GGS, ADV, KKS, LTN
Article 8 – Related Entities:
All related and assocated alliances that are governed by the primary charter members of this agreement shall receive the same protections and have the same obligations as the primary members.
Article 9 – Revisions & Amendments:
Each charter alliance shall designate 1 voting member. Revisions and Amendments to this agreement can only be approved and adopted with a unanimous vote of all charter member alliances.
